Governor Brad Henry signs OK House Bill 1716

The bill provides incentives for investors to get an Income Tax Credit equal to 25% of profits reinvested in other Oklahoma film and music productions. The reinvestment incentive was the brainchild of Fred Imel, who said, "It's a no-lose proposition for the state."
